JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for M&E engineering aspects of civil work, infrastructure projects include conducting feasibility studies, budgeting, funding approval, design, project programming, regulatory compliance, design review and quality assurance
- Provide technical support to stakeholders in the resolution of technical issues when needed
- Develop the project management system for M&E works and template for testing & commissioning
- Evaluate and advise on appropriate M&E engineering design to meet project bjectives, requirements and budget
- To support Safety Department by ensuring subcontractors are complying to safety procedures and requirements
- Take charge of VO for M&E works
- Troubleshoot faults, undertake root cause analysis and ensure system recovery
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of M&E experience in the construction industry
- Good knowledge of Local Code/Regulation Knowledge pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety.
- Strong M&E works site installation knowledge with the ability to provide practical solution related with site installation.
