Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 0900hrs to 1825hrs
Main Duties:
- Manage the full marketing spectrum for XPremium BEV.
- Identify, initiate and lead all tactical, offline and digital promotions and campaigns for XPremium BEV.
- Manage and integrate full marketing mix: ATL, BTL and promotions, media buying, CRM, corporate sales, event management, digital marketing to constantly create demand for new car sales and grow market share and volume for the company & brand.
- Evaluate, lead and execute all sponsorships, tie-ups and purchase of lucky draw cars for companies and campaigns
- Forge affiliations and partnerships with external companies to build database for corporate sales, collaborations and to increase sales prospects.
- Establish positive relationships with customers and external vendors to achieve brand loyalty and provide marketing and event support.
- Manage and create all retail collaterals (including brochures, specs sheets) times and marketing budget to maximise sales and minimise costs, increasing ROI
- Ensure corporate identity guidelines of the Xpeng brand across all areas of marketing communications are adhered to.
- Perform other duties and when assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent team player with strong leadership qualities
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
