- Shift 1: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Shift 2: 11:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- *24 x 7 on call standby service will be required.
Your Responsibilities: -
- Input warehouse operational data accurately and in a timely manner into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory system.
- Ensure the WMS system is kept up to date on a daily basis, including data entry and system maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, addressing their concerns and providing necessary information.
- Coordinate closely with all customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that all schedules and deadlines are met efficiently.
You will need: -
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)
- 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
