Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate with subcontractors, supervise construction teams, and maintain a high level of quality control throughout the construction process. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 15 years in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Singapore citizenship or permanent residenct is preferred.
