Project Manager (Oil & Gas/ Environmental/ Costing)
12-Month Contract
Location: Harbor Front
Salary Up to $10,000 depending on experience

Our client is one of the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies. They are actively looking for Project Manager to join their operations.
Job Summary:
- Utilize Project Management Dashboard to fill out Path to Closure, Cost and Schedule, Vulnerability & Risk, Bridging Agreements, Remediation System Performance Tool, Access Agreements, etc.
- Provide support on development of consistent total life cycle cost, planning and budgeting, reserves, and reserve break-ins
- Ensure site-specific risks are assessed, actions prioritized, and risk management plans developed.
- Initiate procurement actions, evaluate contractor proposals, approve expenditures, steward, and evaluate work execution.
- Provide field execution support for Commercial transactions and strategies.
- Supervise activities of contractors/consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and finalizing projects according to the specifications and deadlines, all while keeping the project within budget.
- Creates and reports project status and allocates resources as needed. Defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns.
- Communicates and interfaces with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
- May partner with external vendors based on the nature of the project.
Requirements:
- Adept verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. MS Project or other project management tools. Consensus building skills.
- Behavioral Skills: creates ownership, drives functional excellence, promotes productive impact, effectively manages external relationships
- Technical Skills: contracting / subcontracting, design & engineering management, execution planning, cost estimating, planning & scheduling, project controls, cost & schedule methods & data management, quality management
- Experience with commercial transactions.
- Experience in the environmental field with specialization/ work experience with ground/soil/water. Not looking for noise/air quality.
