Responsibilities:
- To review, interpret, vet and draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents and ensuring minimal legal exposure and liability to the company
- Provide corporate secretariat support to the Group business entities and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Group’s policies and best practices
- Participating in business dealings such as Merger & Acquisition, corporate restructuring, formation of business financing and ventures
- Work with external legal counsel to deal with legal claims and disputes
Requirement:
- Degree in Law
- Relevant experience in corporate experience
