Key Responsibilities:
- Manages all VCA clients and provides SME product support across the business for onboarding
Be a specialist and a tech expert on Virtual cards (VCA), and API connectivity related matters with hands-on approach.
Supports client request for launch and any ongoing technical support related to VCA cards products (on Mastercard and Visa platform and NG Virtual Cards engine).
Launch of key partnerships in getting them technically and conducting product trainings to internal stakeholders and clients for commercialization
Supporting onboarding and other activities assisting with data migration on platform.
Requirements
- Degrees in Banking /Project
- Need candidate to be able to support various initiatives at the same time and is able to manage multiple internal / external stakeholders
Tech Skills: Understanding of Cards is a must. Comm Cards - Soft Skills – API
- Experience -communication skills, great project management skills, good client management and stakeholder management skills.
