# Executive Assistant /Hospitality Banking industry
Location: Marina View
Contract Duration: 9 months
Working hours – 5days (9.00am to 6.00pm)
Singapore’s GHS - include Executive and Staff Dining, Conferencing, Reception, Vending, Wealth Hubs, Pantry services and operational support to cluster management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily Operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Singapore & Asia Clusters GHS Team
- Clusters management & statistical reporting support, including data management, governance controls and metrics reporting ensuring integrity of systems
- Carry out administrative duties , Book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports
- Gather and prepare required information for PO creation, including tracking , Research and follow up on invoices submission to CRU team
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Track, review and process periodic e-mailers for wider colleagues communications
Knowledge/Experience:
- University degree graduate with hospitality or related major
- 4 years of related working experience
- Operations, administration or assistant experience in related or similar areas (i.e.-executive, hospitality and food & beverage services)
- Experienceof client liaison experience
