We are looking to hire an PMO / Project / Business Support Specialist with experience in presentation/graphic design to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create incredible Keynote and MS PowerPoint for biweekly, monthly technology and business stakeholder presentations, Projects portfolio decks and materials, proposals, rich in detail, and other high-level design elements
- Format, design, and transform rough slides, hand-drawn sketches, or Word documents into visually pleasing MS PowerPoint presentations
- Develop related graphics such as timelines, infographics, diagrams, charts, and custom graphics
- Create pleasing and effective tables, diagrams, graphs, icons, templates, etc. within MS PowerPoint, as per stakeholders' requirements
- Follow creative direction, work in group dynamics, and actively participate in any given deliverable or team to which assigned
- Manage files and design assets
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and solid typing skills
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and drive for continuous improvement and results
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
- Outstanding customer orientation

- Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours in case of urgent deadlines. In frequent.
- Experience in design or graphics-related studies/employment is an advantage but is not required
Requirements:
- Experience in a presentation/graphic design role in an Technology Services Company
- Ability to translate text into compelling visual designs
- Expertise with PowerPoint, and Keynote including templates, master slides, animation, graphics, text, and layout
- Facility with other software (e.g., Word and Excel, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- Very desirable if experience in collaboration tools like confluence set up and update, JIRA and Sharepoint management.
- Very desirable if candidate has experience in Banking Technology organization
