Responsibilities:
- Support the Deputy & Executive Director in preparing and refining documents and reports for executive management, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in management meetings by developing and driving agendas to ensure meeting objectives are achieved.
- Take comprehensive meeting minutes, recording key decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks to facilitate effective communication and accountability.
- Prepare engaging presentation content aligned with meeting agendas, emphasizing key points and delivering impactful presentations.
- Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a commitment to supporting organizational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data analysis.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
