Our client is a specialist manufacturer of custom-fitted leather trim for automotive and aviation seats as well as interior parts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall in-charge of month-end closing process, review monthly management accounts and provide value-added financial analysis.
- Overall in-charge of group consolidation, financial reporting and annual report.
- Assist in all matters in relation to Singapore Stock Exchange, including announcements and compliance matters, if required.
- Assist in ad-hoc corporate actions projects.
- Assist in sustainability reporting.
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters.
- Ensure compliance of financial and operational policies and procedures.
- Implement process improvement and internal control.
- Responsible for budgetary process.
- Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, external auditors and tax agents etc.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Audit experience preferred.
- Independent as well as team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
