* Admin and HR related works.
* Provide administrative support (i.e. answering of calls, ordering of stationery, etc)
* Company GST e-submition
* Prepare General Ledger, perform bank and other accounts reconciliation;
* Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note;
* Assist in financial year-end audit;
* Ensure progress claim submitted by P.M. is received and filed;
* Follow-up on progress certificate from P.M;
* Issuing invoice and follow-up on payment to ensure timely received;
* Perform daily data entry ;
* Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
