EcoXplore, a leading provider of energy monitoring solutions in Singapore, seeks a talented and detail-oriented Modeller/Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the design and implementation of our energy monitoring solutions for clients.

Modelling:

· Develop accurate 3D models of client facilities using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software (e.g., Revit) or other relevant Modelling tools.

· Integrate energy monitoring equipment layout and cabling into the facility model, ensuring proper coordination with existing structures and systems.

· Collaborate with engineers to ensure the model reflects design intent and facilitates efficient installation.

Coordination:

· Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

· Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation related to Modelling and equipment layout.

· Assist with the creation of Request for Information (RFI) documents and manage responses from subcontractors.

· Coordinate with on-site installation teams to ensure proper equipment placement based on the model.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in energy monitoring solutions and BIM software.

· May assist with developing and maintaining internal Modelling standards and templates.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of EcoXplore's project delivery process.

· Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Engineering, BIM, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in 3D Modelling for building services or a related field.

· Proven experience using BIM software (e.g., Revit) or other relevant Modelling tools.

· Understanding of energy monitoring systems and their integration into building designs (a plus).

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in 3D Modelling for building services or a related field.

· Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
