Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop design concepts and mood boards that reflect the client's vision and project requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Other adhoc as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up and Photoshop is a plus
- Training provided for those without/lesser experience
