Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing new menu
- Ensure the consistency and high quality of all products across the outlets
- Responsible for cleanliness of all areas and aspects of the kitchen, food storage areas, including proper rotation of all ingredients to prevent food waste
- Ensure that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the standard procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure all SOPs are up to date
- Ensure delivery schedule and timely order processing
- Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
- Training and development of staff
- Managing of staff
- Ensure all equipment is in full working order, safe to operate, and well maintained
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
- Alternate 1 day and 2 days off per week
- Min. 5 years experience managing a pastry kitchen team
- Responsible and a great team player
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- High quality standards and an attention to detail
- Highly motivated
