Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate employee recognition programs
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Provide support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations and engagement
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and engagement preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
