Job Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of HR operations (ie. Timely submission of Payroll, income tax, leave management, etc)
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, offer letter and package discussion
- Effective self-sourcing through job postings, active and passive sourcing, referrals and networking
- Lead HR initiatives and recreational team
- Maintaining and updating employee information and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, laws, policies and procedures
- Responsible for administering and managing MOM surveys, work passes, government grants and support schemes
- Liaise across internal departments and/or with external parties for collaboration on Marketing, Audit, Insurance, etc
- Handling corporate and group insurance
- Conduct HR briefings/sessions for joiners and leavers
- Generating benchmarking exercises, reports, when required
- Management of social media platform fronts (ie. Linkedin and other job search platforms)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Possess trading /manufacturing knowledge is an added value
