Responsibilities:
Orchestrator and drive successful delivery of the organisation’s digital transformation initiatives
Business Analysis
- Clarify business needs and translate them into effective technical plans and specifications
- Perform detailed requirements analysis for development projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance/streamline processes, operations, and systems
Technical Project Management
- Manage development projects from conception to implementation
- Ensure business needs are well-understood and robustly addressed by technology vendors
Risks, Issues & Process Management
- Identify, report, and manage risks/issues
- Perform business impact assessments on transitioning
- Ensure technical and process documentation is maintained and up-to-date
- Ensure adherence to all applicable policies and governance requirements (Data Privacy and Information Security, PDPA, IT Policies etc), including conducting periodic audits
- Propose measures to tighten/streamline policies/governance procedures as needed
Stakeholder and Change Management
- Create and implement business readiness plans, covering IT deployment, data migration, and business enablement to drive successful solution adoption
- Monitor progress and prepare regular company and management updates as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in IT, Project Management, Business or related fields
- Experienced in Digital Transformation Technical Projects and Vendor Management
- Act as an IT Technical Internal Voice and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Knowledge of application design, development and outstanding project management
- Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and tools
- Understanding of application architecture and design principles
- Added advantage if you have relevant industry certification(s) such as PMP, PMI- CSM, ITIL, etc.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
