Facilities Coordinator

Cushman & Wakefield (s) Pte Ltd

This role ensures that the facilities are managed in a manner that contributes to offer a pleasant and functional work environment for its employees. This role renders support to the downstream FM work processes ranging from vendor sourcing and coordination, billing administration, accounts receivable recovery and new employee onboarding to C&W systems and related work processes.


About the Role:

  • Coordinates the facilities management service, which encompasses ad hoc maintenance, fire, mechanical, electrical support, and the help desk function, following environmental safety guidelines.
  • Delivers ongoing performance and compliance reporting to all stakeholders, following contract and corporate obligations.
  • Raises work permits including tag out and hot works requirements, sign off work permits and collaborate with Contract Administrator to optimise the work schedule.
  • Delivers services and activities in line with budget and reporting requirements
  • Coordinates site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the client’s business operations

About You:

  • A minimum of 4 years of working experience in facilities/office management
  • A good sense of autonomy and a good judgment for what must be done and when
  • Proactive and willing to meet objectives and produce concrete results
  • With good communication skills and customer service attitude
  • Knowledge/familiarized with Microsoft Office tools, e-mail communication and computer skills
