Assistant Facilities Manager

Cushman & Wakefield (s) Pte Ltd

This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. The incumbent must place an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.


About the Role:

  • Co-ordinating and integrating all work performed under the FM/MA contract
  • To lead a team of technical and non-technical staff in performing preventive maintenance, facilities and building works
  • Co-ordinate and supervise works done by contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with the Service Level Agreements
  • Responsible for building risk management, safety, and security etc.
  • To ensure all works and services carry out within client’s premises comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and the Authorities’ requirement.

About You:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in high rise building environment
  • Able to manage Hard and Soft FM Services
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Experienced in staff management/ leading a team
