Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong design capabilities with a flair for creativity and excellent presentation skills.
- Manage projects efficiently, from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with local authority regulations and requirements to navigate project approvals smoothly.
- Proficiency in key software tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, and/or ArchiCAD.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
- Hold a Bachelor of Architecture degree or its equivalent.
- Advantageous to be registered with the Board of Architects.
- Experienced in HDB / Condo projects / or any other residential project.
