Working Hours – 6 days, 9 a.m-6 p.m ( mon-sat)
Job Description:
· Oversee contract progress execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery.
· Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors for efficient project delivery.
· Report project progress to Project Manager and ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
· Prepare method statements, shop drawings, progress reports, and relevant documents for M&E works.
· Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for shop drawing preparation and submission.
· Assist in negotiating and procuring materials, equipment, and labor within approved budgets.
· Conduct technical discussions to resolve site issues and liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and clients.
· Have familiarity with electrical panel and wiring installation, BMS, SCADA, and process utilities facilitation.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
· 3-5 years of construction industry experience in Singapore.
· Support the Project Manager in project monitoring.
· Immediate availability or short notice period.
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and report generation.
· Fast learner, able to work independently.
· Strong engineering sense and common sense.
