Finance & Admin Executive

Company Overview:

  • Rolo Robotics is a Singapore based deep tech robotics and automation start-up. It aims to solve the labour and consistency challenges for the Food industry at scale by creating robotic solutions to be utilised at scale.

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance and Administration member to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:


Financial Management:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and invoicing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Liaise with external parties, including vendors, clients, and financial institutions, to address and resolve financial inquiries.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and tax filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee office administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for important documents, contracts, and records.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits.
  • Procure office supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance and administration roles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, and finance systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
