Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance and Administration member to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and invoicing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Liaise with external parties, including vendors, clients, and financial institutions, to address and resolve financial inquiries.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and tax filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee office administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents, contracts, and records.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits.
- Procure office supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance and administration roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, and finance systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
