5 days Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat may need to WFH
$7000 to $9000
Requirements
At least 7-10 years’ experience in a similar tax role. (Big 4 Accounting Firm and MNC tax background preferred.)
M&A tax experience, Singapore and international tax consulting experience preferred.
Experience in establishing and implementing sound Transfer Pricing policies.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in accountancy/tax auditing or equivalent.
Familiar with Mad soft Accounting Software
Job scope
Managing tax reporting obligations for the group in Singapore and Malaysia
Leading all aspects of tax reporting across direct taxes, indirect taxes, and transfer pricing
Tax forecasting.
Analyse tax data and offer insights to support management decisions.
Support Group financial reporting and address tax inquiries.
Analyse Financial Statements & GL to identify strategies to minimize tax costs, ensure tax compliance and accurate tax filing.
Preparation of corporate tax computations for group
Responsible for managing and preparing transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations.
