This is a full-time Sales Executive role. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and results-oriented sales executives with a positive attitude to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. A Sales Executive plays a key role in the success of an organization by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, and selling products or services that will meet those needs.
Main responsibilities include introducing our company products and services, securing sales and payments for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
- Manage and ensure achieving monthly sales target.
- Ensure consistent and abundant monthly sales in pipelines.
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with clients and business partners.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Able to capture additional market share.
Requirements:
- No working experience related is required but if possess 1-2 years of experience in the FOOD PACKAGING industrsty would be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with English / Chinese speaking associates.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word ad Excel.
- Adaptive & flexible in fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
