Key Scope:

  • An individual contributor role who will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in areas of performance management, payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, learning & development, establishing and implementing polices, records and reporting
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process including medical, insurance matters and monthly headcount reports
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides and management policies
  • Manage the annual performance appraisal exercise including preparation of required information in facilitating the entire process
  • Administering employee benefits such as total rewards, insurance and leave
  • Develop policies, procedures and systems to improve the efficiency of HR
  • Review policies on a regular basis and ensure compliance with the Singapore regulations and laws.
  • Responsible for staff payroll computation and payment, salary reviews, and compliance with labour laws, tripartite guidelines, and practices
  • Handle Employee Grievances process, disciplinary inquiries, and recommendations
  • Compliance with Tripartite Alliance Fair Employment Practices and guidelines
  • Complete surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and HR related survey
  • Prepare and present monthly reports or ad hoc reports required by management
  • Other ad hoc HR assignments as assigned.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

  • 5 to 8 years HR Generalist (including payroll) work experience
  • Possess good knowledge of the employment related legislations and advisories e.g. Employment Act and MOM guidelines
  • People-oriented, self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
  • Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-versed in Payroll Software, MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking work environment
  • Analytical and proactive to take initiative and work effectively as team
