Responsibilities
- Assist in deal analysis, underwriting, due diligence and prepare internal investment memos,
- Assist in the execution of real estate related deals from due diligence to legal documentation.
- Assist in business development and sourcing for real estate related opportunities.
- Assist in conducting pro-forma financial projections and analysis for management and acquisition deals.
- Assist in asset management of existing real estate investments and projects of the Company.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners in asset management of various investments where relevant.
- Conduct research on real estate markets, sectors, trends and development.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and updates on the investments and portfolio performance.
- As the firm’s investment mandate is global, extensive travel may be required and within short notice.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in real estate, or a related field
- Limited experience or Possess 1 year of working experience in real estate preferred.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented and independent.
