Job Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in site planning, supervision and management.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating of the projects assigned.
- Monitor inventory and cost control of equipment and materials.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring of project progress with sub-contractors.
- Perform as a project SPOC and manage daily project operations with external stakeholders eg. consultants, suppliers, architects, local and environmental authorities.
- Ensure quality control and assurance to meet project objectives and timeline.
- Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control and mitigate risk.
- Knowledgeable of regulations and permits required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Previous experience in construction management projects (preferably main contractors).
- Highly organised, self-motivated, dynamic and goal-orientated candidate.
- Ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, preferable candidate with AutoCad skills and Revit.
