Main Responsibilities
- Techno-functional role, working with other Business Analyst in project team to gather business, functional and technical requirement, translating into documentation for developers; documents include functional specification document, data mapping specification, technical design document, process documentation etc.
- Assist project manager with project administration.
- Bridge communication between onshore and offshore vendor team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in operations support of business applications to business users.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with QA in performing and documenting SIT and UAT.
- Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL and API.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of Project Management and Agile methodology.
