COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the payroll processing including but not limited to receiving data inputs from various parties and through the system.
- Responsible for supporting Human Resource department in payroll functions and data management of employees.
- Responsible for daily payroll operations, statutory payment submissions (etc. IRAS, MOM, CPF, NS claims).
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and submission reporting to finance.
- Verification of all payroll data against supporting documents.
- Prepare payroll audits report by internal and external auditors, including but not limited to the preparation of payroll figures and documents requested by auditors and key personnel remuneration reporting.
- To ensure accuracy and the integrity of employee's data required for payroll processing and responsible for monthly payroll generation.
- Perform cancellation of work passes on timely manner.
- Responsible in air ticket purchasing and repatriation.
- Assist in the development of policies, strategies and streamlining of internal procedures and processes that align with business objectives and development.
- Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues within the Operations Team if required.
- Collaborate and provide support and guidance for counselling to managers and employees on HR payroll related matters.
- Support in all internal and external audits.
- Assist in implementation of HR related initiatives and projects.
- Provide guidance to the junior HR team members to develop and maintain a holistic and strong HR payroll system and operations.
- Assist executives in human resources with clerical and administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
- Candidate possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Preferably with experience in construction or related industry.
- A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

- 5 days work week
- Working location: Sungei Kadut (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
