· Warehouse functions and activities
Principal Accountabilities
· Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean and organized.
· General management of the warehouse, both internal and external.
· Maintains records of inventories and location, ensure FIFO practice is in placed
· Ensure day-to-day activities are according to plan and schedule.
· Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse records and traceability.
· Timely and accurate recording of inventory (RM/WIP/FG) movements; manage stock counts, cycle counts; highlight and investigate any discrepancies found.
· Improve 5S in warehouse
· Receiving of goods/inventory
· Checking and packing of goods/inventory
· Loading and counter check of goods/inventory
· Attend to internal and external audits.
· Trained and coached new employee to execute their jobs according to acceptable level of performance.
· Daily equipment checking and annual review on racking condition
· Any other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
· Must be able to lift heavy objects
· Minimum secondary school education
· Hold a Forklift License
· Willing to work as a team
- Must demonstrate a safety-conscious mindset
- Prior experience in operating various Material Handling Equipment (MHE), such as Reach Trucks and Powered Pallet Jacks, is an advantage.
