Job Description:
• Deploy, set up, and troubleshoot hardware components such as printers, computers, projectors, and various IT peripherals.
• Investigate and resolve network connectivity issues, alongside providing technical support for software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office, HR and Accounts software, Adobe, etc.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and management of software licenses.
• Engage in vendor communication and negotiation for the procurement of office technical equipment and necessary software.
• Oversee IT security measures, including the installation and maintenance of antivirus software for all desktops/laptops or IT devices, and perform weekly data backups for all servers.
• Establish LAN networks and allocate IP addresses as needed.
• Provide comprehensive helpdesk support to all users.
• Execute cloning and image setup for new PCs/notebooks, including email account creation and mailbox setup.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of CCTV systems in office premises and for end users.
• Maintain thorough documentation of software and hardware inventory.
Requirements
• Able to work immediately / 2 weeks notice.
• At least Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possessing CompTIA, A+, MCTS is at an advantage
