Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring works carried out meet company's quality standard and safety requirements
- Ensure site supervisors & foreman meet client and regulatory work requirements
- Co-ordinate with client, sub-cons project aspects
- Provide technical solutions
- Willing to take out challenging career
Requirements:
- 1-2 yrs of construction working experience. Fresh graduates may also apply.
- Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
- Degree in related building construction field
- Overseeing the work and making sure it runs smoothly and as per the plan
- Make sure safety precautions are followed.
- Progressive site updates to management
- Liaison with sub-contractors & suppliers
- To work closely with Accounts & Contracts on the progress claims and final accounts and follow up with Main and sub-contractors
- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned
- Be able to work independently and coordinate with Clients and Subcontractors
