UAT Quality Assurance & Testing (Electronic Banking)

Looking for Junior & Senior Manual Testers (UAT):

1. Junior

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with UAT Team Lead to ensure requirements and scope are clearly understood.
2. Conduct UAT testing for business deliverables including new markets or products, application decommissions, operational improvements, and industry-driven regulatory changes.
3. Assist Test Lead to track UAT issues, and publish daily EOD test status.
4. Perform end to end testing with full understanding of the Business Requirements and Functional Specs.
5. Communicate to UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks.
6. Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail.
7. Learn and master TOSCA tool which is a software testing tool used at UOB to design test cases and automate end to end testing

Requirements
� Knowledge in at least on one of the following would be advantageous:
- Electronic Banking (e.g. internet banking)
- Channels Banking (e.g. File transfer service, SWIFTnet)
- Payments (e.g. Domestic Wire, Cross Border Wire, G3 Bulk Payment, G3 FAST)
- Liquidity (e.g. Sweeping and Pooling)
- Statements (e.g. MT940, Camt)
- APIs
� Knowledge or have experience on Test Cases Automation will be an added advantage
� Certified Tosca Test Design Specialist or Automation Specialist will be an added advantage
� Experience in writing testing SOP or setup/manual guide.
� Experience in System Testing

2. Senior

Responsibilities

1. Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases.
2. Able to execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution
3. Able to collaborate with business and technology team to Ensure effective end to end testing.
4. At least 1+ years of experience in performing UAT testing or Business Analyst
5. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
6. Strong analytical skill
7. Attention to details

� Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing test cases, reporting defects and updating results.
� Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases.
� Able to execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution.
� Able to collaborate with business and technology team to ensure effective end to end testing.
� Experience in performing UAT testing or Business Analyst is preferred.
