Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
- overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
- Implementing operational policies and procedures
- Implementing and overseeing security operations
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Optimize employee workflow when need it
- Ensuring safety of staff
- Constanly work to improve processes
- Motivating and disciplining staff
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements
- Maintaning documentation and keeping acurate records of warehouse activities
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of vehicles
- Assisting with deliveries where required
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, inventory storage and timely delivery of goods
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
- Communicating amd coordinating with team member & other departments
- Evaluate approved vendors by yearly
- Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs
- Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
- Track expenses related to fuel, storage and truck maintenance
- Working knowledge of inventory management software
- Submit monthly report to HR department and Managing Director
- Assist Management Representative in annual ISO audit
- Class 3 Licence Required (Van/ Lorry)
- Arrange vehicle to Servicing & Maintenance
- Can cooperate well with other department
