Position: SENIOR EXECUTIVE - FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (Job ID: 18999)
Working hour: Mon- Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30pm
Job Description:
- Assist in preparing of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Assist in drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets & cash flow.
- Assist in gathering data and providing necessary support during preparation of tax return. Coordinate with tax agent and review tax returns.
- Supervising month-end closing processes.
- Managing daily financial and accounting transactions, including cash management, receivables, payables, banking, and foreign exchange.
- Monitoring cash flow requirements.
- Performing monthly reconciliations for accounts, including banks and sub-ledger.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. Candidate with minimum 5 years experience in accounting role
3. Knowledge Required:
a. A good understanding of financial management, especially statutory requirements.
b. Familiar with tax laws, accounting standards, and audits.
4. Skills Required:
a. Analytical thinking with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
b. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
c. Able to work in a team as well as independently
5. Computer Proficiency:
a. SAP
b. Microsoft Excel
c. Microsoft Powerpoint
