Report to Project Engineer / DfMA Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure products meet quality standards and objectives by collaborating with teams and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and design teams to align quality control activities with project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance.
- Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive inspection and test plans (ITP) and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures tailored to project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry codes, compliances, and regulations pertaining to quality deliverables.
- Utilize inspection data management tools and productivity tracking apps to streamline processes and monitor metrics.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in mechanical engineering or related field. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in M&E services and DFMA principles. Familiarity with QA/QC processes, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of industry standards related to manufacturing and quality assurance. Knowledge of BIM is considered an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Able to work 5.5 days a week with flexibility.
- Ability to create inspection and test plans (ITP) and QA/QC procedures.
- Good understanding of codes, compliances, and regulations related to quality deliverables.
- Experience working with Inspection Data Management (IDM) tools and productivity tracking apps is preferred.
