In this role, you'll spearhead ULTi's marketing efforts, responsible for crafting digital marketing strategies and engaging in design work to bolster our social media footprint. You'll receive mentorship and guidance from management to enhance ULTi brand recognition in both local and global markets for ergonomic furnishings and standing desks.
Responsibilities:
• Craft, create, and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, from social media to email campaigns, ensuring a comprehensive approach.
• Strategize and maintain the company's social media presence, including launching targeted online ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and our Official Website.
• Curate and supervise social media content, including both organic posts and video campaigns, with a focus on driving engagement and brand visibility. This includes managing paid social campaigns when needed.
• Contribute to the design of various marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and digital assets, aimed at promoting our products and services effectively.
• Participate in copywriting efforts for publishing purposes, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Develop, update, and manage our websites to ensure they reflect our brand identity and offerings accurately.
• Create diverse digital marketing collateral, including graphics, flyers, banners, landing pages, and videos, to support our marketing initiatives.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management, adapting flexibly to evolving needs and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Prior experience/exposure to graphic design and web design is essential.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing or Mass Communications is preferred.
• Proficiency in essential tools such as Facebook Business, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is required.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Suites including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign, and Canva.
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities are necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver impactful content.
• Experience in building and managing paid social campaigns, with expertise in lead generation and audience retargeting.
• Strong team player with a proactive learning attitude and the ability to work independently.
