Responsibilities:
- Manage Cost Centers: Maintain the standard cost system monthly, calculate variances, monitor KPIs, calculate savings, and rank manufacturing cost centers.
- Analyze Costs: Review savings and variances, driving improvements in manufacturing costs.
- Reporting: Compile profit and savings data, providing regular reports for supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
- Over 6 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cost control methods and engineering management processes.
- Proficiency in office software for data analysis.
- Willingness to travel long-term to India.
