Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties from RFQ to Delivery.
- Assist to maintain repair job records and track the progress of repairs.
- Prepare reports and provide routine updates vehicle equipment status.
- Assist to liaise with cross-functional teams or carry out visits to workshops / military camps
- Support Operations Lead / Manager for follow-ups and correspondences
- Perform any other task as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical Engineering, or ‘O’ / ‘A’ / levels / Higher Nitec with good working experience and automotive certification
- Responsible, proactive, strong initiative
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Strong proficiency with data processing softwares, e.g. MS Excel
