This will be a renewable contract position based in One North.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to help develop and execute HR communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging to all employees.
- Create engaging content for various HR initiatives, including newsletters, intranet articles, and social media posts.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather relevant information and disseminate information for the department needs.
- Manage internal communication channels such as employee newsletters, bulletin boards, and digital screens.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR communication and engagement.
- Any other administrative work that is assigned by the department.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR communication, employee engagement, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication (including design) tools and platforms.
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs is a plus.
