Job Descriptions
• Perform BAU processing in the form of Account opening/closing/maintenance.
• Support User Access administration through application/deletion of system apps and accesses.
• Adhere to established procedures for compliance, proactively identifying gaps for potential streamlining.
• Work in partnership with Ops Control team and internal risk units to drive greater efficiency through automation of risk and assurance.
• Support the Division's projects and carry out any other adhoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
• Prior experience in Account Maintenance or Risk related role
• Meticulous and detail oriented with high standards of accuracy
• Proficient in MS Excel (Macros, Visual Basic), Powerpoint, Word; programming would be a plus
• Motivated, self starter with positive attitude who can work independently
• Strong analytical, time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Team player
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products and general banking operations
• 1-2 years experience in a Bank setting
