Job Description:
- Advise on corporate and investment banking transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm, financial institution, or corporate legal department.
- Strong background in corporate and investment banking transaction preferred.
