About Our Client:
- Our client is one of the well-known Japanese based comprehensive engineering companies which based in Singapore.
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Islandwide (Company Van Provided)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule manpower on a daily basis.
- Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance for air conditioning, electrical equipment, and plant systems.
- Conduct thorough investigations, analyses, and root cause determinations for faults and breakdowns.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and fabricators for any ad hoc tasks.
- Possess strong teamwork skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 10 years experiences in leading and operating a team of more than 10 technicians and workers for maintenance and servicing works at customers’ premises (semicon production line, medical facilities,)
- A minimum of Nitec in Airconditioning / Higher Nitec in Airconditioning/ Diploma in Engineering.
- Possess Class 3 driving license
- Reside in Singapore
- Able to commit to adhoc duties during the weekends
