Sales Support Assistant
Responsibilities
- Perform the daily trading administrative tasks.
- Customer services support.
- Prepare purchase/sales quotation and purchase/sales orders.
- Generate and prepare sales reports.
- Co-ordination Import & export shipment documentation.
- Work closely with Trade Team and follow up on schedule.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least GCE N Level or Business Certification with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply too
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
- Proficient in MS Office application is essential
- Meticulous with details, independent and also a team player
- 5 days work week
- Salary compensate with experience
