Sales Support Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Perform the daily trading administrative tasks.
  • Customer services support.
  • Prepare purchase/sales quotation and purchase/sales orders.
  • Generate and prepare sales reports.
  • Co-ordination Import & export shipment documentation.
  • Work closely with Trade Team and follow up on schedule.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE N Level or Business Certification with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply too
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
  • Proficient in MS Office application is essential
  • Meticulous with details, independent and also a team player
  • 5 days work week
  • Salary compensate with experience
