About the Role
We are expanding, and we are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and the following, not limited to the following. He/She will report to our Senior Finance Executive and Director.
Job Descriptions
- Manage full sets of accounts of entities assigned, not limited to GL, AR and AP functions, Fixed Assets and cash flow management
- Responsible for day-to-day transactions, preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial and management reports and forecasts, and bank, audit and tax schedules
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and petty cash
- Verify suppliers' statements of account and invoices
- Manage and track inventory
- Prepare Financial Statement
- Handle GST submissions
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in appropriate accounting period
- Ensure records are maintained in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, and Company policies and procedures
- Work closely with Operations team and suppliers directly
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent
- Must be able to handle full sets
- Min. 1 year of relevant finance/ accounts experience. Past working experience in F&B industry is an added advantage
- Experience in inventory management is an added advantage
- Familiar in accounting and office productivity software such as Xero, will be an added advantage
- Familiar with XBRL
- Able to submit AGM
- Able to work with tight deadlines Detail-orientated, positive attitude, pleasant interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and is a good team player
- Immediate or short notice period will be an added advantage
