Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive tender and baseline programs, manpower charts, resources charts, and equipment charts
- Collaborate with the Project Team to formulate project start-up and execution plans, which includes programming plans, program narratives, and program write-ups
- Generate S-Curves, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to effectively monitor project progress
- Plan and consistently update target programs and micro programs
- Prepare scope appreciation presentation
- Monitor construction program progress and produce monthly and weekly progress reports
- Keep updated on the construction industry practices and standards and recommend ways to improve the planning and scheduling systems
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for the construction industry
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project software
- Good knowledge of construction in building, civil and infrastructure construction sequence
- Demonstrate ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation
- Familiar with LTA programme requirements will be an advantage
