Responsibilities:
As a Personal Assistant to the Director, you will be providing an all-rounded business administrative and secretarial support. To succeed in this role, you need to be good at multi-tasking, being highly motivated, organised, meticulous and have good attention to details.
- Provide secretarial and admin support to the director, including but not limited to, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organising files
- Maintain accurate records and databases, enter data into systems, and generate reports as needed
- Handling personal tasks for Director
- Organise and coordinate meetings, events and conferences
- To keep proper filling and documentation of records/ account
- Overseeing general office operations
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Assist to arrange and book business trips for director
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in relevant field in Business Administration/Secretarial Studies
- At least 3 years of relevant work experiences as a Personal Assistant/ Secretary
