Job Purpose
The Executive, Driver Relations will be responsible for the retention of all existing taxi hirer accounts as well as maintaining and increasing Group revenues from new accounts. This position will work closely with the Driver Recruitment team to support and create rapport with new, existing and potential taxi drivers.
Core Responsibilities
- Retain all existing taxi hirer accounts
- Build & maintain a cordial, strong working relationship with fleet hirers
- Maintain & increase group revenues via new taxi hirer accounts
- Resolve hirers’ concerns/disputes relating to their vehicle and taxi hirer accounts
- Meet KPIs set by the Manager and/or HOD, Driver Relations
- Participate & execute internal work processes competently
Skills & Experience Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Conversant in English and any Mother Tongue (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) ; Dialect is an advantage as candidates may be required to speak with Taxi Drivers who converse in various Mother Tongues
- Strong and mature personality with the ability to serve and interact well with taxi drivers from all walks of life
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills but can also work independently
- Possess a resilient mind-set with the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated & highly driven to achieve department goals
Qualifications/ Certifications Required
- Possess at least a Bachelors Degree/Diploma
- Possess at least 2 years of working experiences in the service/sale sectors
- Possess a Valid Singapore Driving License is an advantage (Class 3 / TDVL)
