Location: Clarke Quay (Near MRT)
5 Days Work Week (Flexi working hours)
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Commission

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You'll play a key role in connecting talent with exciting opportunities across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide career coaching
- Negotiate salaries and job offers
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends
Requirements:
- 1 year of recruitment experience preferably
- Training will be provided if without experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process
- A passion for building connections and helping people succeed
